BOOK REVIEW:

I got this book from the publisher in exchange for an honest review..

OMG!! I am still team Dylan...( JUDGE AWAY!) let me tell you i hate these girls *cough, cough* Shade who can't make up their mind about which guy they want. its like ohhhh this guy likes me so i should like him, and oh wait! there is more guys, let me see what else is their out there..ughhhhh!!!!

i have to say that so far, this book is the best one, it continues right where the first one leaves off, and Shade is a more take on kind of girl in this book. the only thing bad i can say is that i do not like the ending, and yes i will read the other books because well, i want to know who she chooses!

Shade is part fey and part human. No one knows exactly what type if fey and powers she has. She is a 17 year old girl thrown into the Fairy world and sent on a quest thy only he can accomplish to give the seelie courts a chance against the unseelie courts plan for war that would spill over into the human world. She ends up with an entourage of warriors to help keep her safe on this quest. There is danger, attempted murder, and peril at every turn for Shade. She really comes to find out things about herself she never knew before. Shade gets thrown back into the middle of this war, a vengeful queen hell bent on getting her hands on shade is coming full force and will do whatever it takes to get her. On top of this war drama there is Dylan and Soap and mo idea what to do about the two of them, Dylan is cold and closed off while Soap is more than happy to be a shoulder to cry on. If that ant enough she gives herself up to save the ones she loves most : her family. Shade is sent to Prince Lotinar's castle. He turns out to be an old friend from Shade's past.

Again not everything is as it seems and in the end there is some HUGE surprises and even more overwhelming emotions on what is going to happen next, they might be safe now but for how long? Who will she choose and will she make it out alive? Another fast paced read that will you leave you wanting more. She has to flee and she finds where her grandmother is. Her grandmother takes Shade in and teaches her how to use her powers. She is captured and taken hostage by the Unseelie court after a very unfortunate series of events. She is then tortured and interrogated for information on her powers. In the end, she is rescued, but not without a price.
